First off, we hope that you and yours are safe and well. Our hearts go out to any who have lost friends or family to COVID-19.

Live event schedules, like most everything in the world right now, are a bit of a mess. But as time lines from our leaders and health officials become more clear, so too will the schedules and status of live events. Rest assured that your purchase is safe with us.

• Postponed & Cancelled Events
Simply hold onto your tickets for now. If your event has been cancelled and you received hard stock tickets they may need to be returned for your refund to be completed.


• Postponed Events
If your event has been postponed, the purchase will most likely be valid for the new date. Once we have an update from event organizers we'll contact you and proceed from there.


• Cancelled Events
If your event has been cancelled you will receive a full refund. Once we confirm a cancellation with the event organizer we will contact you with details on how to begin the refund process.

Hang in there. We also love live events, so we get it. Concerts, sports, theatre, comedy, or whatever floats your boat, live events connect us to something greater. And that's something we'll need even more once we're past this crisis.
